The auto-chess mode from League of Legends finally hits the mobile scene today, March 19, 2020. It is titled Teamfight Tactics: League of Legends Strategy Game. This is the first of the three promised mobile releases promised by Riot Games after their huge announcement during their 10th year anniversary. Teamfight Tactics is the direct competitor to the smash-hit mobile game Auto Chess by Dragonest Game and DotA Underlords from Valve.
League of Legends remains one of the most played PC games and the most active online gaming community for the past ten years. And with the ever-growing population of gamers, Riot Games decided to branch out from their roots as a MOBA-focused company into extending their talents in unfamiliar territories in video games including first-person shooters, fighting games and card games.
There is no doubt that Teamfight Tactics will be one of the most successful releases not just for Riot Games but for mobile gaming as a whole. Expect a lot of updates this year and a whole lot of content thrown in.
There is still no news regarding future mobile releases of League of Legends Wild Rift and Legends of Runeterra, but we will make sure to update you once we get more scoop.
That also means we will now conduct a PC version for the Teamfight Tactics standalone game for you to play soon.
Will you be playing Teamfight Tactics on your phone? Let us know in the comments!
For now, since we don’t have the emulated edition YET, do check out Auto Chess for PC.
