Apex Legends: Latest Updates and Features as of July 2020

With Titanfall 2’s recent surge in popularity, a collaboration with Apex Legends is becoming a possibility. After all, both highly acclaimed multiplayer titles come from the same developer (Respawn Entertainment).

Interestingly enough, the “pleasant surprise” for Titanfall 2 fans in Apex Legends is already happening in the current season. According to video game publisher, Dexerto, Ash - the iconic Titanfall 2 villain, has already been spotted back in the trailer for Season 4. Also, the said villain has been “confirmed” in one of the quests in the current season of Apex Legends.

So what does this mean? Are we going to see Titanfall 2’s Simulacrum, Ash, soon? The answer is a definite yes. With Titanfall 2 gaining traction in Steam, there is no doubt that Respawn is almost ready to unleash the villain.

Aside from that, fans may be getting a full collaboration event - rather than just a single character. However, it may take a while before we see these things come into fruition as the game itself is experiencing minor gameplay glitches.

One of these glitches is hilarious in some way. A Reddit user shared his Apex Legends experience recently wherein the game lagged at some point due to issues with his Internet connection. When he reconnected, he took over his friend’s character for some reason. What happened to his friend? Well, his game crashed and he was booted out of the game!

Another glitch involves the new Legend Loba’s tactical usability in the world’s edge. This latest fix came with the Lost Treasures update, among others.
